Individual Therapy
ndividual Therapy
Life brings challenges that can sometimes feel overwhelming. Individual therapy offers a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can process your thoughts, emotions, and experiences while working toward healing and growth. At Push Thru Therapy, our licensed clinicians partner with you to explore what’s weighing you down and to build tools that support lasting change.
Whether you’re navigating everyday stressors or experiencing deeper struggles, therapy can help you gain clarity, confidence, and relief. We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions available throughout Georgia, as well as in-person sessions in our Decatur office.

Couples Therapy
Relationships are meaningful, but they can also be complex. Every partnership faces challenges, and sometimes communication breaks down, trust is tested, or outside stressors begin to strain the bond you once felt. Couples therapy provides a safe, structured space for both partners to be heard, understood, and supported.
At Push Thru Therapy, our therapists guide couples through the process of reconnecting, improving communication, and navigating conflict in healthier ways. Whether you’re dating, engaged, married, or redefining your relationship, we work with you to strengthen your foundation and build tools for a more fulfilling partnership.
Common Concerns We Help With
We support couples working through:
- Communication breakdowns and recurring arguments
- Rebuilding trust after infidelity or betrayal
- Intimacy concerns and emotional disconnection
- Adjusting to life transitions (new baby, relocation, career changes, etc.)
- Differences in parenting styles or family dynamics
- Managing stress, finances, and external pressures together
- Strengthening connection and deepening emotional intimacy
What to Expect
We provide a balanced environment where both partners feel supported and valued.
Sessions are typically 50 minutes (with extended sessions available).
Your therapist will help you both identify patterns that create distance or conflict and offer strategies for building healthier habits.
Together, we’ll create actionable goals so that progress continues outside of therapy sessions.

Maternal Mental Health
Our practice not only specializes in women’s issues, but also in maternal mental health. We support birthing parents at whatever stage they are in the parenthood journey. We work with clients who are trying to conceive (naturally, IVF, surrogacy, or adoption), have experienced infant loss, anxiety and/or depression during pregnancy, transitioning into parenthood, and any postpartum depression, anxiety or birth trauma experiences. We also work with parents in preparing for parenthood (check out our webinar here) and we support parents in finding their rhythm after becoming parents.
Becoming a parent can be a joyous occasion, but also scary. Oftentimes when we are planning to get pregnant or have become pregnant we can be filled with mixed emotions and anxiety. The body goes through a tremendous amount of change, growth, and possible trauma through the experience of parenthood. Our clinicians are trained in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. The journey of parenthood can be an adjustment and we are here to help.
