  • Keisha Reaves, LPC, PMH-C — Clinical Director, Push Thru Therapy
  • Janese Jones, LCSW —Masters Level Social Worker, Push Thru Therapy

Workshop Description

The holidays can bring extra weight when we’re grieving. The lights, the gatherings, the expectations of joy. When you’re carrying loss, they can feel heavy, jarring, or even numbing. That’s why we created Still Here: a safe, gentle virtual space for those experiencing grief during the holiday season to gather, breathe, remember and allow warmth to quietly find its way in.

In this workshop, grief and holiday spirit are not at odds. We explore how they live together. We honor what’s missing, we acknowledge our sorrow and we leave room for surprising warmth, small sparks of comfort, and the subtle emergence of hope.

About the Facilitators

Keisha Reaves is a seasoned therapist specializing in trauma, maternal mental health, and life transitions. She guides individuals through deep emotional work with compassion and clarity, helping them reconnect with resilience.

Janese Jones is a social worker who completed her masters work from Columbia University in New York, New York. Janese specializes in grief and loves helping others move through the grieving process.

Together, Keisha and Janese weave clinical insight and heart-centered presence into an experience that feels grounded and human.
